Job Duties And Responsibilities
The core network environment faces increasing complexity as it transitions to cloud-native architectures, requiring a specialist who can navigate intricate 4G and 5G service disruptions. This role solves the problem of prolonged network downtime by providing expert-level diagnostics and resolving Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents that impact the customer experience. You will bridge the gap between daily network changes and long-term stability by driving root cause analysis and mentoring the wider NOC team. By leveraging advanced monitoring tools
