Summary:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scala, Spark, Scala tests, AWS services (Step functions, CloudFormation,S3, KMS, Glue, EKS, IAM,SQS/SNS) .As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals.



The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala, Spark, Scala tests, AWS services (Step functions, CloudFormation,S3, KMS, Glue, EKS, IAM,SQS/SNS)
Shell scripting, AI Integration, Python , Iceberg, Mongo DB, Kubernetes , GitHub/ Teamcity (Good to have skills)
