We're looking for engineers two-to-three years in who are already building with
agents — and want to do it on a product that Fortune 500 companies run on. If
you want to own features end to end, debug your own code in production, and work
on a team where the bar is high and the lanes are wide, read on.

We are an AI-native engineering organisation. Coding agents, automated review
and machine-assisted design are core to how we ship — not a side experiment
someone is piloting in a corner. If you've been using Claude Code or Cursor in
spite of your team's process rather than because of it, this will feel like an
upgrade.

THE TEAM

Small, seasoned, and deliberately kept that way. You'll work with engineers who
have deep technical backgrounds, a high bar for what ships, and the autonomy to
move without asking permission three times.





You'll sit close to Product and Design, and close to an Engineering Lead whose
job includes making you better. There is no layer of people between you and the
decisions that affect your work.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

This is a full-stack individual contributor role, and "own" is the operative
word.

* Features, end to end. From understanding the customer problem to running it
in production. Not tickets handed to you pre-chewed.
* AI in the loop, daily. Use coding agents to move faster while holding the
quality bar. You'll be expected to have opinions about where they help and
where they quietly make things worse.
* Your surface of the product. Know how it behaves live. Monitor it. Debug to
the actual cause. Respond when it breaks — with the team behind you, not
watching you.
* Your teammates' code. You review their pull requests. A second pair of eyes
on everything that ships.
