We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience in US IT staffing and W2 requirements to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of independently managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT/W2 requirements, from sourcing through candidate placement.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Work extensively on W2, C2C, and other US staffing requirements, with primary focus on W2 hiring.




Understand technical job descriptions and identify qualified candidates based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
Conduct candidate screening, technical qualification discussions, and initial interviews.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and upcoming requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/vendors.
Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations professionally.
Maintain accurate candidate and requirement information in ATS/recruitment systems.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment and placement targets.
Develop strong relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, market rates, and recruitment practices.
