Job Description:
· Strong analytical mindset with focus on controls, governance, and audit readines
· Drive Operational Audit readiness and closure of audit observations
· Strengthening Risk Control Management System (RCMS) and governance framework
· Lead process reviews and SOP re-engineering to improve efficiency and compliance
· Ensure robust internal controls and continuous monitoring of operational risks
· Act as SPOC during Regulatory Inspections (RBI / NHB) and manage audit interactions
· Strong exposure to Internal Audit / Operational Risk / Compliance
· Hands-on experience in RCMS / Risk & Control frameworks
· Proven track record in Process Improvement / SOP Re-engineering
· Prior experience in handling RBI / NHB audits and supervisory interactions
· Experience in NBFC / BFSI domain (mandatory)
· Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
