Job Summary

This role is accountable for shaping and delivering the global SAP BW and Analytics strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms that enable enterprise-wide decision-making and digital transformation.

The Global Lead drives end-to-end ownership of solution architecture, demand governance, and vendor execution to deliver measurable business value from SAP analytics investments. This leadership role plays a critical part in enabling S/4HANA transformation and ensuring consistent, high-quality analytics capabilities across regions and functions.

The role provides strategic and visionary leadership for the SAP BW and Analytics domain by shaping the future-state roadmap, governance model, SAP CoE alignment,



investment priorities and budget discipline. It ensures that data, analytics and reporting capabilities are not only stable and compliant, but also positioned as strategic enablers for simplification, standardization, innovation, transformation readiness and measurable business value.

Strategy, Roadmap and Business Value

Define and deliver the global SAP BW and Analytics strategy and roadmap, aligned with enterprise data, ERP and digital transformation priorities.
Ensure SAP analytics investments are prioritized and delivered against clear business outcomes, value realization and enterprise-wide adoption.
Translate complex business needs into scalable analytics capabilities and continuous process improvements that strengthen decision-making across functions and regions.
