Role summary




As an Accounts Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you’ll bring your expertise, independence, and collaborative mindset to a dynamic environment where accuracy and teamwork matter.
Your responsibilities
Verify and update AP invoices, landed costs and credit notes in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain records in accordance with accounting norms and for audit purposes.
Assist in monthly closing activities, including provisions and reconciliations.
Responsible for purchase and Sales Invoice Processing:
Conduct reconciliation for vendors and customers, collecting balance confirmations on a monthly and annual basis.
Handle cash and bank transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate internal audits on a monthly basis, providing necessary support and docu
