We're looking for a Director, India to serve as the senior-most, India-based leader of Zapier's India entity, acting as both a statutory Board Director and General Manager. This is a pivotal role at a formative stage of our India presence: you'll ensure full legal, tax, and regulatory compliance for our India entity while also serving as the bridge between Zapier's global strategy and its execution on the ground.
You'll report to Ryan Roccon, our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and partner closely with our India-based managers, our Operating Committee,



and our external advisors at Deloitte. You'll own India operations as the accountable local leader, drive delivery and performance across India-based functions, and represent the entity to auditors and regulators. About You
You have 15-20+ years of experience, including 5+ years in India site leadership, GM, COO, or country-head-type roles for multinational companies.
You have strong business acumen and the ability to manage stakeholders in a global, matrix organization, where functional teams report to global leaders while maintaining a dotted-line relationship to you.
