Experience in tools like Hypermesh and Solvers like LsDyna.
Experience in full vehicle assembly, vehicle variant complexity management, full vehicle penetrations.
Valuable communication skills and experience with MS office excel and PowerPoint.
Should have capable to review and deliver the assembly independently
Perform CAD study (CAD missing, CAD issues, Intersections)
Responsible for meshing Sheet metal, Plastic trims and Powertrain components as per Power train safety model build standards.
Prepare input (CAD/BOM/NGD) data queries, connection/intersection, BOM etc.
Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
Prepare the system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts) and analytical assemblies.
Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element).
Perform de-penetration/intersection at vehicle level.
