Technaureus is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have positive troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees and internal teams.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions.
Assist with system updates, backups,



and security measures.
Ensure reliable and secure day-to-day IT operations.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, and computer networking.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration.

Qualifications
