Position : Safety Officer

Qualification : Diploma & NEBOSH& IOSH

Experience : Minimum 3+ yrs experience in construction domain

Salary : Best in the industry

Joining time : ASAP - Less than 20 days

Key Responsibilities

Implement the site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy.
Conduct daily safety inspections of the construction site.
Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.
Ensure all workers wear the required PPE at all times.
Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
Monitor work permits for high-risk activities (hot work, height work, excavation, lifting, etc.).
Inspect scaffolding,



ladders, lifting tools, and safety equipment.
Ensure proper barricading and warning signage in work areas.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and submit reports.
Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, and statutory documents.
Coordinate emergency response, fire drills, and first-aid arrangements.
Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and legal regulations.
Stop unsafe work and report serious violations to the Project Manager.
Conduct safety induction training for recent employees and subcontractors.
Monitor housekeeping and safe material storage across the site.
Liaise with client safety representatives during inspections and audits.
