This role offers the opportunity to own and scale advertising monetization across a growing portfolio of mobile applications.
You will develop strategies that maximize revenue yield while balancing user experience, inventory performance and long-term customer value.
Working closely with product, engineering, data, growth and advertising partners, you will turn performance data into measurable commercial outcomes.
You will manage demand sources, mediation, pricing strategies and ad placements while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization.
The position combines analytical rigor, experimentation and strategic thinking with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
You will also use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate analysis, reporting and experimentation and scale your impact across multiple products.

Accountabilities
Develop and own advertising monetization and yield strategies across a portfolio of mobile applications, including waterfall management, mediation configuration and ad placement optimization.
Design and optimize in-app advertising placements, formats and audience segmentation strategies to improve Average Revenue Per Daily Active User (ARPDAU), effective Cost Per Mille (eCPM), fill rate and overall Lifetime Value (LTV).
Manage relationships with advertising network partners and account managers to maximize demand performance, revenue and commercial outcomes.
Monitor advertising creative quality across demand sources, reviewing served advertisements and resolving user-reported advertising issues.
