Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

? Client & Guest Calling – Connect with clients and guests regarding event invitations, RSVPs, confirmations, and event-related information.
? RSVP Management – Track responses, confirmations, cancellations, and attendance details.
? Follow-ups – Regularly follow up with clients/guests who have not responded or need additional information.
? Client Coordination – Maintain regular communication with clients and assist with basic queries.
? Data Management – Update client databases, guest lists, contact details, and event information on Excel/CRM.
? Email & WhatsApp Communication – Send invitations, reminders, confirmations, event updates, and follow-up messages.
? Internal Coordination – Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and event teams to ensure everyone has updated information.
? Event Support – Assist with registrations, guest management, and client servicing during exhibitions/events.




? Query Handling – Address basic client/guest queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
? Reporting – Maintain daily follow-up reports, RSVP status, call updates, and client interaction records.
? On-ground Client Servicing – Interact directly with clients and guests during live events and ensure a smooth experience.
✈️ Event Travel – Occasionally travel across India for exhibitions/events, with travel and accommodation covered by the company.
