About the Role
This is not ordinary sales. The role involves complete ownership of the Government business cycle:
Government Officer Meeting → Product Demo → Proposal → Tender → Order → Execution → Billing → Payment → Replication in Other States
The selected candidates will be responsible for building and scaling the GovDrishti & GovPravha product opportunities, starting with Maharashtra and subsequently expanding the successful model across India.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and regularly engage with Government / Excise officers and departments to identify business opportunities.
Understand GovDrishti and GovPravha thoroughly and conduct product demonstrations, presentations and solution discussions.
Convert government requirements and discussions into concept notes, proposals, pilots,



tender specifications and live bids.
Identify and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability and adoption.
Coordinate closely with Pre-Sales, Tender, Technical, Execution and Accounts teams.
Own opportunities from initial meeting through tender, order, execution, billing and payment collection.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with government stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely progress.
Track project execution and commercial milestones until successful closure and collection.
Identify opportunities to replicate successful Maharashtra deployments in other states across India.
Travel extensively as required for Government meetings, demonstrations, tenders and project follow-ups.
Maintain accurate opportunity, tender, project and collection status reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–8 years of experience in Government Sales, B2G, GovTech, System Integration, IT
