At Zenturatech Technologies, we're looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and build long-term business relationships. If you're passionate about sales, technology, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and estimations in coordination with the technical team.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
Strong communication,



negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with selling IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, SaaS, Custom Software) — prior experience is a plus, not mandatory.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms for lead generation.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Compensation Structure (please read before applying)
Month 1: Purely performance-based — no fixed salary. You earn 10% of the profit margin on every project you bring in.
Month 2 onwards: ₹12,000/month fixed salary + 10% margin share on the projects you bring in.
No cap on performance earnings — the more business you generate, the more you earn.
