As a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in managing ethics investigations, ensuring POSH compliance, driving ethics awareness, and supporting governance initiatives that reinforce our values-driven culture. Key Responsibilities✅ Lead and coordinate ethics and compliance investigations✅ Review investigation reports and ensure timely case closure✅ Maintain ethics case records and governance documentation✅ Prepare leadership and board-level ethics dashboards and reports✅ Manage POSH compliance, case tracking,



and statutory filings✅ Facilitate ethics and POSH training programs across the organization✅ Drive ethics awareness and employee engagement initiatives✅ Support review and implementation of Ethics and POSH policies What We're Looking For✔ 8+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, HR, Employee Relations, Investigations, or Legal Support roles✔ Solid understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills✔ High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail✔ Experience in conducting investigations and preparing leadership reports Location: Mumbai (Worli)
