We are hiring a Female Telecaller for a full-time, on-site role at R3 Complex, Beside LB Nagar Metro, Hyderabad.

The Telecaller will be responsible for:

1. Making outbound calls to interested students and prospective learners.
2. Understanding students career goals and requirements through calls.
3. Explaining our academy courses & batches clearly.
4. Following up with interested students and guiding them through the enrollment process.
5. Answering student queries and providing accurate information about our courses.
6. Maintaining proper records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
7. Coordinating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
8. Achieving daily and monthly calling and enrollment targets.

This is a hands-on role where communication meets student interaction, giving you the opportunity to connect with aspiring learners, guide them towards the right courses, and contribute directly to the growth of the academy. Qualifications & Skills Required

1. Good verbal communication and clear speaking skills.
2. Confident and friendly personality.
3. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

Ability to speak with students and understand their requirements.
5. Good follow-up skills and ability to maintain regular communication.
6. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
7. Ability to work with calling and admission targets.
8. Qualification: Any Degree.
