Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and inbound calls, including cold calls.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and clients.
- Manage the front office and handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Ensure that data is entered and status is updated daily as per company standards.
- Engage in extensive calling and follow-ups with students.
- Present and convince potential clients with our services effectively.
- Manage initial enquiries and appointments for the counseling staff.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be goal-oriented in a target-driven environment.
- Support the office manager or director with any additional duties as assigned.
