This full-time, office-based role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and making outbound calls to engage with potential customers. Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in identifying and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred
- Freshers with good English fluency are welcome to apply
