About the Role

Fashion Salon Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our fashion, beauty, salon and skilled training courses, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Explain academy courses, fees, duration, batches and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and parents.
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls and messages.
- Schedule counselling sessions and academy visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and admissions.
- Achieve monthly enquiry-to-admission targets.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Previous telecalling, sales or admission counselling experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
