Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to support our Direct Sales and Channel Partner (CP) Development activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers and partners, fixing meetings, and supporting the sales team in business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Sales Support:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.

Introduce company products and services effectively.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong communication.

Maintain proper call records and update CRM or data sheets regularly.

2. Channel Partner (CP) Development:

Identify and connect with potential Channel Partners such as retailers, distributors, and consultants.

Explain business opportunities and partnership benefits.

Fix meetings for the business development team.

Follow up with CP leads until onboarding.

Maintain and update CP database.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.

Provide basic product information and resolve initial queries.

Coordinate with internal sales and support teams.

Provide Online Demo if required.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred).

Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

Ability to handle objections and close appointments.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or calling software is an added advantage.

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development (freshers with positive communication can also apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
