We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking Tele Sales Executive for our US process. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation through outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, introducing jewellery products, handling objections, and scheduling appointments for the BDE/BDM team.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Experience in lead generation/telesales preferred
- Jewellery industry experience is an added advantage
- Target-oriented and positive at follow-ups
- Comfortable working in US night shift
