Role & responsibilities

- Driver Calling &
- Communication

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing drivers and handle incoming calls from drivers.

- Understand the driver's requirements, concerns and interest level.

- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with drivers.

- Service &

- Plan Explanation

- Explain the companys vehicle/service model, plans, pricing, policies, eligibility criteria and terms & conditions.

- Clearly communicate benefits, requirements, documentation and applicable charges.

- Resolve basic queries and provide accurate information to drivers.

- Driver Conversion &

- Onboarding Support

- Follow up with interested drivers and encourage them to proceed with the onboarding process.

- Coordinate with the relevant teams for documentation, verification and joining.

- Ensure interested leads are followed up until conversion or closure.

- Lead Follow-up &

- Database Management

- Maintain accurate records of all driver interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.

- Categorize leads based on interest level and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Update CRM/Excel/system records on a daily basis.
