Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

- Outbound Calling: Initiate phone calls to potential customers using a given database.

- Product Pitching: Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our services/products clearly to customers.

- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, answer their questions, and qualify interested leads for the sales team.

- Data Management: Maintain an accurate and updated log of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in our sheets/software.

- Relationship Building: Build a positive rapport with customers through polite, clear, and professional communication.

Requirements &

Skills (What we are looking for):

- Education: Graduate in any stream.

- Languages Known: Fluent in Kannada/Hindi and basic/good conversational English.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a pleasant voice tone, and robust listening skills.

- Attitude: Highly motivated, patient, and capable of handling customer rejections gracefully.

- Tech Basics: Basic computer knowledge (using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or easy calling apps).
