Arthamandapam Advertising is a Chennai-based communications agency with 16 years of industry experience. We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to drive registrations and ticket sales for Creator Summit Season 2, scheduled on 28th November 2026 at MMA Auditorium, Chennai.

This is a target-driven sales role where you will interact with business owners, professionals, and content creators across Tamil Nadu, primarily in Tamil, to promote and sell event tickets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact warm and cold leads from the company database to generate ticket sales.
- Explain event details, speaker profiles, and benefits to prospective attendees.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions,



and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Address customer objections regarding pricing, schedule, and event value.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaign-driven lead generation.
- Achieve daily calling and sales targets.

Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; working knowledge of English is required.
- Comfortable making 60-80 calls per day.
- Robust communication and listening skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in Event Sales, Education Sales, or Ticketing will be an added advantage.
