DESCRIPTION The Telecalling Sales Executive will be responsible for generating repeat sales and business growth from the companys existing PCD Pharma Franchise network through regular telephonic follow-ups and relationship management.
The role involves contacting existing franchise partners, understanding their product requirements, promoting relevant products and new launches, generating repeat orders, following up on pending enquiries and quotations, and reactivating inactive or low-business customers.
The candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales targets, increase business from existing franchisees, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen long-term business relationships.
The role will also involve maintaining customer follow-up records, tracking order opportunities, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in PCD Pharma Franchise telecalling,
telesales or inside sales is preferred.
Candidates should have experience in handling existing pharma franchise customers, generating repeat orders, telephonic sales follow-ups, product promotion and customer relationship management.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and the PCD Pharma Franchise business will be preferred. Robust communication, persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills are essential.
The candidate should be target-oriented, comfortable making regular outbound sales calls, and capable of independently generating business from an assigned customer base.
