We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Coordinate with the sales and other departments for customer requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Update customer information and call status in CRM/PMS.
- Maintain good customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare daily call and follow-up reports for management.
Requirements
- Any degree / Diploma / 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/PMS is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
