We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and organized Telecaller - HR & Recruitment Operations to join our frontline workforce management team at Blinkit. In this role, you will be the primary voice connecting Blinkit with potential candidates, new joiners, and existing store Captains. You will handle end-to-end phone-based recruitment sourcing, onboarding documentation coordination, payroll/compliance support, and exit interview tracking.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Pipeline Sourcing: Conduct outbound calling to potential candidates, screen blue-collar/store operations profiles (Captains), explain job roles, salary structures, and align candidates for store interviews.
- New Joiner Engagement: Connect with newly selected Captains to guide them through the onboarding process, confirm joining dates, and minimize day-1 no-shows.
- Document Collection & Verification: Follow up with candidates to collect required KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank details, Address proof) and assist them with self-onboarding portal entries.
- Salary & Payroll Queries: Act as a first-line HR helpdesk for store Captains regarding salary payouts, attendance discrepancies,



and incentive structures.
- PF & ESIC Assistance: Support employees in collecting and submitting documentation for Provident Fund (PF) updates, UAN generation, and ESIC medical card enrollment.
- Exit Calling & Retention Insights: Conduct exit calls for absconded or resigned employees, capture detailed feedback/reasons for leaving, and maintain accurate exit calling remarks.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain complete, real-time calling trackers, lead conversion sheets, and candidate pipeline reports in Excel/Google Sheets.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) in any stream.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, outbound recruitment calling, blue-collar hiring, or HR operations support (experience in E-commerce, Quick-Commerce, Logistics, or Staffing Agencies is highly preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi (both spoken) is mandatory; basic working knowledge of English (reading & typing) is required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets for updating daily calling logs and status trackers.
- Soft Skills: Clear communication, persuasive phone presence, patient query handling, and strong follow-up discipline.
