Role Description The Tele Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective students, providing information about courses in animation, VFX, graphics, and media design, and guiding them through admission procedures.

The Tele

Counsellor will follow up on inquiries, maintain call logs and student records, and support conversion of leads into admissions. Daily tasks include explaining course benefits, addressing questions, scheduling counseling sessions or campus visits, and coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams. The role requires meeting set targets,



maintaining a professional and supportive communication style, and representing the institute positively to all prospective learners and families.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and Hindi and the ability to explain information in a friendly, skilled manner.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including use of CRM or lead management tools, email, and spreadsheet or document software to maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess customer service and counseling abilities, including active listening, empathy, and skill in handling inquiries, objections, and follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, prioritize leads, and meet daily and monthly admission targets.
- Relevant experience in tele-counseling, admissions, telesales, or education counseling is preferred; familiarity with animation, VFX, design, or media-related courses is an added advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, especially in marketing, communications, or education, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, with a positive attitude, resilience in a target-driven environment, and a strong interest in supporting learners’ career goals.
