Job Location: Mangalgiri, Andhra Pradesh
Nature of Work: Telehealth (Online) Support
Educational Qualification: BSc/BCom/BA/any other graduation, MSW is desirable.
Experience: 02 years | Call Centre Experience is preferable.
Telugu speaking is mandatory.
Role Overview: The DiNC Coordinator will play a key role in supporting technology-enabled healthcare delivery through the Digital Nerve Centre. The role involves being the first point of contact for citizens, understanding and resolving queries, triaging calls for medical assistance, onboarding citizens, creating awareness about DiNC services and health schemes,
coordinating virtual consultations, conducting patient reminders and follow-ups, maintaining accurate digital records and supporting grievance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for citizens connecting with DiNC; understand and resolve citizen queries and triage calls to the Nurse/Doctor whenever medical assistance is required.
Educate citizens/patients about relevant national and state health schemes and the services available at health facilities.
Capture and maintain accurate records of citizen interactions and related details on the DiNC Platform.
Connect with patients one day prior to their scheduled hospital visit to provide reminders; record the patient's confirmation or status on the DiNC Platform.
Follow up with patients regarding upcoming health camps and health activities, including eye camps, RBSK, NCD, MHC camps and health check-ups.
Attend complaint and grievance calls and escalate/inform the same to the Nerve Centre Operations Manager for further action.

Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
Good patient/citizen interaction and counselling skills.
¢ Ability to understand citizen queries, provide appropriate information and escalate medical or operational concerns when required.
¢ Basic digital literacy and willingness to work with healthcare technology and digital platforms.
