Telecaller Department: Admissions / Counselling Location: Ghaziabad Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents regarding admissions and courses. Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about the school, courses, fees, and admission process. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with parents.

Understand parent/student requirements and coordinate with the counselling and admissions team. Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits. Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports.

Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets. Handle parent queries professionally and ensure a positive experience. Coordinate with the sales/admission team for successful lead conversion.

Requirements Positive communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident and polite telephone manner.



Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records. Previous telecalling, counselling, sales, or education-sector experience preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
