We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, following up on leads, and converting potential customers into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Follow up with leads received through website, social media, advertisements, and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Muscle Dominator products.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and usage information clearly.

- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information or assistance.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and customer support teams when required.





- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.

- Maintain qualified communication and represent the Muscle Dominator brand positively.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confident and persuasive communication style.

- Good listening and customer-handling skills.

- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

- Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into orders.

- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, fitness, nutrition, e-commerce, or FMCG will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
