About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with schools and parents to introduce and sell our e-learning products and explain how our solutions can support students' learning.

Leads will be provided by the company. There are no individual sales targets or unnecessary sales pressure.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact provided leads through phone calls and explain our e-learning products.
- Understand the requirements of schools and parents and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing and other relevant information.
- Follow up with interested schools and parents and assist them through the sales process.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of interested customers.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Kannada communication is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with schools, parents and other prospective customers.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales or education sales will be an added advantage.
