We're looking for a telecaller to join our team. We provide a specialized SaaS product for legal and taxation professionals, offering them a comprehensive online library of case laws, deed drafts, and other essential resources.

As a telecaller, your primary role will be to conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including lawyers, chartered accountants, and tax consultants. You'll be responsible for explaining the features and benefits of our software, conducting live product demonstrations, and ultimately driving sales.

Responsibilities

- Making outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list.
- Clearly and effectively communicating the value proposition of our legal/taxation software.
- Conducting online product demonstrations to showcase the software's features and functionality.
- Maintaining a database of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieving and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.

- Sales Incentives: Earn an attractive sales incentive of 10%-15% on the revenue from sales you generate.
- Working Hours: The job timing is from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Experience or comfort with conducting online presentations or demonstrations.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product features to a qualified audience.
- Understanding of law, taxation and accounting services.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
