: Tele caller- IT Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in making outbound calls, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant company services/products.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update lead/customer information in CRM or internal systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.




- Research prospects and identify potential business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience selling IT services such as Salesforce, CRM, cloud, software development, consulting, or other technology solutions.
- Experience with lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn, databases, or CRM platforms.
- Previous experience dealing with international clients, particularly US/UK/Australia, would be an advantage.
