Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calls: Dial customer leads from the provided database for promotion
- Query Handling: Answer questions clearly and solve basic issues.
- Lead Generation: Identify interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the Concern team.
- Follow-ups: Call back interested clients/ Customers at scheduled times.
- Data Entry: Update customer details and notes accurately in the computer system
- Reporting: Submit daily call summaries and progress reports to the manager.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: High school pass (12th grade) or any graduate degree.




- Communication: Good spoken skills in the local language and English with a transparent, friendly voice.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, active listening, and a persuasive tone.
- Attitude: Patience, emotional control, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
