We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries and generate site visits for MARK IX. The role involves calling new and existing leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining the project clearly, and following up until the customer schedules a site visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Call leads generated through Meta, Google, property portals, channel partners and other marketing sources.
- Introduce MARK IX and explain key project features, location, configurations, pricing and offers.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, BHK preference, purchase timeline and purpose of purchase.
- Qualify genuine prospects and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers.
- Reconnect with old, missed and inactive leads.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up dates and customer remarks in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled visits and customer requirements.
- Send project brochure, location, price details and other approved information through WhatsApp/email.
- Follow up after site visits and collect customer feedback.




- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and site visits.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of telecalling experience preferred.
- Real estate telecalling experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication in English and Kannada; Hindi/Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Confident, polite and convincing communication.
- Valuable follow-up skills and customer-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM/WhatsApp Business.
- Should be comfortable working with targets.

- Number of calls made per day.
- Lead connection percentage.
- Number of qualified prospects.
- Number of site visits scheduled.
- Site visit attendance percentage.
- Follow-up consistency.
- Booking conversions from assigned leads.

Preferred Profile We are looking for someone who is not just a caller, but can understand the customer, build interest in the project and effectively convert enquiries into site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
