We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Telecallers with at least 1 year of proven experience in high-intent phone sales within the real estate domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and driving site visit conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.

● Attend inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified prospects.

● Provide detailed information about ongoing real estate projects (pricing, location, amenities, offers, etc.).

● Generate and qualify leads through continuous follow-ups.

● Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team.

● Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, site visits and lead status in CRM systems (e.g., Sell-do, telecrm).

● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

● Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and active property inventory to handle customer objections effectively.

● Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

● Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, site coordinators) to ensure seamless customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling or sales.

● Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong active listening and objection-handling abilities.

● Basic understanding of real estate processes (e.g., sq. ft., carpet area, super built-up, RERA compliance, home loan processes).

● Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia

● Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.

● Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.

● Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Number of calls made per day ● Lead qualification ratio ● Site visit bookings generated ● Conversion rate from lead to site visit ● CRM data accuracy and follow-up consistency

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
