We are looking for an enthusiastic and good communicator to join our team as a Telecaller. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound enquiries.
- Explain the company's solar products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer enquiries and leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about solar systems.
- Update daily call reports and lead status.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to speak Malayalam and English. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar products will be an added advantage.
- Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualification
- Any Graduate or Plus Two qualification.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
