Key Responsibilities:

- Make a minimum of 100 active customer calls per day.

- Generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EDIO products/services.

- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with technicians, service centres, and other customers.

- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery.

- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for improving sales.

- Submit a daily EOD sales report to the reporting manager.
