Job Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates for various job requirements.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, job portals, and social media.
- Explain job roles, salary, advantages, and employment conditions to candidates.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and recruitment managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations team for selected candidates.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate status and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
