A Technology Lead is responsible for leading the technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions. This role bridges architecture, development, and business needs while guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of projects
- Define system architecture and design solutions aligned with business requirements
- Guide and mentor development teams (code reviews, best practices)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams
- Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability
- Manage integrations across platforms (e.g., SAP, APIs, cloud systems)
- Drive adoption of modern technologies and frameworks
- Handle technical risk assessment and mitigation
- Oversee deployment, release management,
and environment setup
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards
- Troubleshoot critical production issues
Required Skills
- Strong experience in software development and system design
- Expertise in one or more technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration
- Knowledge of:
- Microservices architecture
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines)
- Solid problem-solving and leadership skills
