About the H125 Programme

Tata Advanced Systems has established India’s first private-sector helicopter Final Assembly Line (FAL) for the Airbus H125 helicopter at Vemagal, Karnataka. The programme undertakes the assembly, integration and testing of H125 helicopters, including structural, mechanical and electrical systems integration, enabling delivery of a fully assembled fly-away helicopter.





We are looking for experienced professionals to join our H125 Helicopter Final Assembly Line team.

Position: Technician – Ground Test – H125

Qualification & Experience

- AME / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Avionics
- 3–6 years of experience in Aircraft/Helicopter Ground Testing, Maintenance or Aerospace
- B2 Licence – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Perform ground testing and functional checks of H125 helicopter systems as per approved test procedures, engineering documentation and quality standards.
- Carry out functional testing of electrical, avionics, mechanical, hydraulic and related aircraft systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and support defect identification, rectification and re-testing during ground test activities.
- Support engine ground runs and associated functional checks, as applicable.
- Record test results, defects and rectification details and ensure proper completion of relevant technical documentation.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with applicable safety, quality and aircraft maintenance/manufacturing requirements.
