- Handle breakdown/service calls from assigned Caf Coffee Day outlets.
- Maintain and repair AC, refrigeration/cooling systems, hot equipment and other caf equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance of machines regularly.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
- Carry out installation, removal (pull-out), and demonstration of equipment.
- Usually look after around 810 cafs in an assigned area.
- Maintain service reports and update the status of completed work.
- Coordinate with caf staff and report to the Assistant Manager/Manager.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI/Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Has technical/maintenance experience, preferably in commercial equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical systems.
- Valuable at troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Willing to travel between multiple caf outlets for service calls.
- Able to respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance.
- Has good communication and coordination skills with caf staff.
