Job Title : Technical Trainer

Location : Viman Nagar , Pune

Role Objective

Role Type Technical Trainer Deliver practical, industry-oriented training to engineering students through electronics, embedded systems, IoT, sensors, communication fundamentals, and hands-on technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and laboratory sessions for engineering students as per the planned academic and practical schedule.
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations, experiments, mini-projects and project-based learning activities.
- Mentor students in problem solving, prototyping, testing, debugging and project documentation.
- Prepare session plans, practical worksheets, assignments, assessments and technical learning resources.
- Maintain lab readiness, tools, equipment, kits and consumables; report shortages or technical issues promptly.
- Ensure safe usage of equipment and adherence to laboratory safety procedures.
- Track attendance, student performance, project progress and session completion records.
- Support student exhibitions, competitions, innovation activities and interdisciplinary projects when required.
- Coordinate with the academic team, lab team and project stakeholders for smooth day-to-day execution.
- Submit daily/weekly work updates and maintain structured documentation of completed activities.





Core Technical Skills

- Analog and digital electronics fundamentals
- Microcontrollers and embedded systems (Arduino/ESP32 or equivalent)
- Sensors, actuators, interfacing and basic PCB understanding IoT fundamentals and communication protocols
- Basic robotics and electronics troubleshooting
- Use of multimeter, oscilloscope and standard lab instruments

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors degree / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA/ MCA.

Required Competencies

- Strong practical orientation and ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Good communication, presentation and student-engagement skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with hands-on troubleshooting capability.
- Ability to manage a student batch independently and maintain classroom/lab discipline.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, project-driven training setting.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Exposure Exposure to embedded C/C++, IoT platforms, PCB prototyping, robotics or communication-system projects.
