We are looking for a passionate and versatile Technical Trainer/Instructor who can train students, graduates and working professionals in modern software development and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging offline and online training, workshops, seminars and project-based learning programs.

The candidate should be comfortable teaching across multiple technology domains, including MERN Stack, Java, Python, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics and Data Engineering.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Teaching

- Conduct offline classroom training at Glanceify Academy.
- Conduct live online training sessions through platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Deliver structured long-term courses as well as short-term courses and crash courses.
- Conduct technical workshops, seminars, webinars, bootcamps and hands-on training programs.
- Conduct technical sessions and guest lectures at colleges and educational institutions when required.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a simple, practical and student-friendly manner.
- Conduct live coding sessions, demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
- Design and conduct assignments, coding challenges, assessments and practical examinations.
- Guide students in developing real-world, industry-oriented projects.
- Mentor students throughout their learning journey and help them improve their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical interview preparation sessions.
- Evaluate student projects, assignments and technical performance.
- Adapt teaching methodology based on the knowledge level and learning ability of students.

Responsibilities may include

- Conducting college workshops and technical seminars.
- Delivering guest lectures and technology awareness sessions.
- Conducting online webinars and technical events.
- Conducting coding bootcamps and short-term skill development programs.
- Conducting customized training programs for colleges, institutions and organizations.
- Travelling to external locations for workshops and training programs when required.
- Supporting the academy in organizing technical events and student engagement programs.

Curriculum & Content Development
- Develop and continuously improve course curriculum and syllabus.
- Prepare training presentations, coding exercises, assignments and project requirements.
- Create practical learning materials and examples.
- Keep training content updated with current industry technologies and practices.
- Introduce students to modern AI-powered development tools and industry workflows.
- Collaborate with the Glanceify Technologies technical team to incorporate real-world software development practices into training programs.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong programming and software development fundamentals.




- Good knowledge of at least one major full-stack technology stack such as MERN, Java or Python.
- Working knowledge of AI/Data technologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Comfortable conducting both offline and online training.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting workshops/seminars.
- Willingness to travel for college workshops or external training programs when required.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and helping students build technology careers.
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
