Role OverviewAs a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technicaltraining sessions, mentoring learners,and helping them build strong foundations in programming, Data Structures, Algorithms,and Web Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions inprogramming and web technologies

- Teach Data Structures and Algorithms withproblem-solving approaches

- Provide hands-on coding practice and projectguidance

- Train learners in full-stack development toolsand frameworks

- Conduct assessments, assignments, and mockinterviews

- Mentor students for placement readiness andcareer development

Required Technical Skills

- Programming: C, C++, Java, Python

- Concepts: Data Structures, Algorithms, ProblemSolving

- Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Bootstrap, React.js

- Library/Framework: Node.js, Express.js

- Database: MySQL, MongoDB

Candidate Requirements

- Engineering graduates preferred (BE/BTech/MCA orrelated field)

- 1.5+ years of experience in training, mentoring,or software development

- Robust communication and presentation skills

- Passion for teaching and guiding learners.
