Technical Team Lead / Solution Designer (.NET Modernisation)

Required Skills

- Strong experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
- Robust understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Hands-on experience in application modernisation and solution design
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs
- Knowledge of Docker , Kubernetes , and cloud-native architecture (AWS/AZURE/GCP)
