About the Role

Quickensol IT Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead who can take ownership of technical delivery, guide developers, review code, prepare technical estimates, resolve technical blockers, and ensure projects are delivered on time with valuable code quality.

This role is suitable for a strong developer who is ready to move beyond individual coding and take responsibility for the overall technical performance of the development team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technical development team.

Understand project requirements and convert them into technical tasks.

Analyse requirements before development starts.

Estimate development effort and timelines.

Allocate technical tasks to PHP, React/App and other developers.

Monitor developer productivity and task completion.

Review code and ensure coding standards are followed.

Identify technical blockers and resolve them quickly.

Guide junior and mid-level developers.

Review database structure, APIs, application flow and technical implementation.

Ensure proper development, testing and deployment processes are followed.

Coordinate with project coordinators for project timelines and priorities.

Support the project coordinator in providing realistic technical timelines to clients.

Ensure developers do not make unrealistic commitments to clients.

Conduct technical discussions and code reviews.





Identify repeated technical mistakes and implement corrective processes.

Handle critical bugs and production issues.

Maintain technical documentation wherever required.

Ensure projects follow the company’s development standards and architecture.

Help improve development processes, productivity, and code quality.

Team Management The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical performance of the development team, including:

4 PHP Developers

2 App/React Developers

Coordination with 2 QA Testers The Team Lead should know who is working on what, expected completion time, current blockers, QA status and pending technical issues at all times.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

PHP

CodeIgniter / Laravel

MySQL / MariaDB

REST APIs

JavaScript / jQuery

React.js

Mobile application development understanding

Git

API integration

Database design

Debugging and performance optimisation

Candidates with strong PHP + CodeIgniter + MySQL experience will be preferred.

Good communication skills.

Ability to manage developers and technical priorities.





Ability to estimate development work realistically.

Ability to identify whether a task is blocked because of requirement, technical complexity, dependency or developer performance.

Strong ownership and accountability.

Ability to mentor junior developers.

Ability to handle pressure and multiple projects.

Valuable coordination with Project Coordinators and QA team.

Important Requirement

This is not a Senior Developer position with only a different designation.

The candidate must be capable of taking responsibility for:

Technical Planning → Task Allocation → Development → Code Review → QA Coordination → Bug Resolution → Technical Delivery A candidate who prefers only individual coding and does not want team responsibility will not be suitable for this position.

ERP software companies

SaaS companies

Web application development

Mobile application projects

Multi-project development environments

Client-based software development companies will be preferred.
