Role Summary

This role provides diagnostic and technical support to dealer workshops to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely resolution of service issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing repeat repairs.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnostic assistance to dealers and escalation management for complex service issues.

•Identify & monitor new failures in the field and process them for failure resolution.

•Implement recent repair methodologies and serviceability initiatives for enhancing dealership operations.

•Monitor and Coordinate special technical activities and campaigns till completion.

•Coordinate with various stack holders to analyse root causes and implement corrective actions.

•Maintain a knowledge repository of service bulletins and technical manuals.

•Support digital diagnostic tool enhancements and connected service solutions.

•Support process implementation at the dealerships.

•Support training for upskilling dealer technicians on new models, systems, and tools.

•Monitor warranty trends and provide feedback for product improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies

•Expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting of all the vehicle systems

•Hand-on experience in Data Loggers and Telematics.

•In-depth understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic methodologies.

•Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.





•Excellent communication and dealer support orientation.

•Hands on experience in usage of workshop tools and equipment

Experience & Qualifications

•9+ years of experience in automotive service technical support or field engineering.

•Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Background

•Experience in Passenger cars OEM technical service or field quality roles.
